South Indian Bank has informed that the board of directors at its meeting held on June 28, 2012 has decided to grant 21,000 options to eligible employees under the 4th Tranche of SIB ESOS - 2008. No options were granted to managing director & CEO, part-time chairman and other non-executive directors of the bank.
