HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with one of the company’s promoters, Dr. M. Gopichand on February 28, 2018, for the purchase of business of City Cancer Centre, a cancer care hospital, located at CH Venkata Krishnayya Street, Vijayawada in state of Andhra Pradesh.
The company presently operates one cancer care centre each in Vijayawada and Ongole and a PET CT centre in Vijayawada (collectively referred to as HCG Vijayawada). This purchase of the Business Undertaking by the company provides an opportunity to consolidate the business of HCG Vijayawada and the Business Undertaking under the company.
Further, Dr. M. Gopichand, a renowned Surgical Oncologist in Vijayawada, has also entered into a consultancy agreement with the company to provide medical consultancy services on an exclusive basis.
