Ambition Mica has received approval for the proposal to acquire the entire assets and liabilities of Velsons Laminate. It has also received approval to enter into lease agreement with Govindbhai V. Patel, Rameshkumar V. Patel, Prahladbhai V. Patel and Veljibhai K. Patel, for the land owned by them. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on March 3, 2018 has transacted the said businesses.
