Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shree Renuka Sugars has informed that Vijendra Singh has, vide a letter dated 5th March, 2018, tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Singh will continue to serve as director during his notice period, which extends for 180 days. The board of the Company has accepted his resignation accordingly.
