Building System Solution Trading Limited Liability Company (BSST) has ceased to be a step down subsidiary of Pidilite Industries. BSST was incorporated in November, 2015 in Qatar and has ceased to be a step down subsidiary of the company with effect from March 5, 2018. The subsidiary of the company is currently not holding any shares in BSST.
Pidilite Industries is engaged in manufacturing consumer and specialities chemicals in India. Its products include adhesives and sealants, construction and paint chemicals, automotive chemicals, art materials, industrial adhesives, industrial and textile resins and organic pigments and preparations.
