Alembic has informed that meeting of Buy-back Committee (as constituted by the Board of Directors of Company), in its meeting held on Tuesday, 23rd January, 2018), is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th March, 2018, to consider and fix; the buy-back price and number of equity shares to be bought back by the Company; and the record date, to determine the equity shareholders of the Company who shall be eligible to participate in the buy-back offer, as per Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998. Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall be closed from Thursday, 8th March, 2018 till Wednesday, 14th March, 2018.
