KNR Constructions rises on bagging project worth Rs 482.04 crore

KNR Construction is currently trading at Rs. 295.20, up by 3.35 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 291.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 298.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 298.80 and Rs. 292.00 respectively. So far 5154 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 348.80 on 27-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 177.10 on 27-Mar-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 305.00 and Rs. 291.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4161.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.55% and 12.07% respectively.

KNR Constructions has bagged second Hybrid Annuity Project (HAM) with bid project cost of Rs 482.04 crore from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the work of two Laning with Paved Shoulder of Meensurutti (Km 98.433) to Chidambaram (Km 129.965) Section of NH-227 under Bhartmala Pariyojana, Phase I (Residual Project under NHDP) in the state of Tamil Nadu with a concession period of 17 years including construction period of 2 years from the appointed date.

KNR Construction is a multi domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
