Sanrhea Technical Textiles has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2018, has approved the conversion of 3,49,000 warrants into 3,49,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each out of total 7,90,000 warrants allotted on November 24, 2017 on preferential allotment basis to the promoter group. Pursuant to exercise of their rights of conversion of warrants into equity shares and accordingly the Board of Directors have allotted 3,49,000 equity shares at Rs 15 each (including Rs 5 premium) on account of conversion.
