Engineers India has informed that G. D. Goyal, director (Commercial) ceased to be the director of the company with effect from July 01, 2012 on attaining the age of superannuation on June 30, 2012 and Sanjay Gupta, executive director - In charge (Commercial), Engineers India Limited has been appointed as director (Commercial), Engineers India Limited vide Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas letter dated March 19, 2012, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after July 01, 012 or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
Further, Sanjay Gupta has assumed the charge of the post of director (Commercial) of Engineers India Limited with effect from July 01, 2012.
