Pursuant to Regulation 68 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Royal India Corporation has informed that Siddhi Patil has resigned form the post of Company Secretary. The Company has accepted her resignation and relived her from the services of the Company from the closing hours of March 14, 2018. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Siddhi Patil also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
