Manappuram Finance has informed that as per the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders of the Company as amended by Board at its meeting held on 08/02/2018, the trading window (Additional) shall remain be closed from 25th March 2018 to 07th April 2018 in respect of end and beginning of the quarter and that each insider and insiders immediate relatives shall not deal in the Company’s securities during the above period of trading window closure. However, sale of shares allotted pursuant to exercise of ESOS shall be allowed during this period subject to closure of trading window period pursuant to the Board Meeting.
