The board of directors at its meeting held on March 14, 2018 has approved for the same.
The board also approved investment in 45,90,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Vennar Ceramics, a subsidiary company, at a consideration aggregating to Rs 4.59 crore on right basis, subject to applicable laws.
