Asian Granito India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has given approval in its meeting held on Friday, 16th March, 2018 to give the Corporate Guarantee of Rs 40.30 crores to Union Bank of India for the credit facilities provided to Camrola Quartz Limited, subsidiary/JV of the Company, which will be released when collateral securities will be executed by the JV partners in favour of the bank. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
