Asian Granito India has received an approval to give Corporate Guarantee of Rs 40.30 crore to Union Bank of India for the credit facilities provided to Camrola Quartz, subsidiary/JV of the company, which will be released when collateral securities will be executed by the JV partners in favour of the bank. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 16, 2018 has approved for the same.
