DB Realty’s wholly owned subsidiary - Real Gem Buildtech has arrived at an arrangement with and entered into a Development Management Agreement (DMA) with Kingmaker Developers, a Group of Rustomjee (a subsidiary of Keystone Realtors) for the development management of real estate project at DB Crown, situated at Gokhale Road, Prabhadevi in Mumbai.
As per the agreement, the development manager will manage, monitor, supervise and coordinate the construction and development of the Project and the sales, marketing and customer relationship management.
DB Realty is a real estate development and construction company. The company is engaged in the construction of residential buildings/commercial complexes and activities connected and incidental thereto.
