Hotel Leelaventure has reported results for the year ended March 31, 2011.
The company has registered a fall of 7.75% in its net profit for FY11 at Rs 37.84 crore as compared to Rs 41.02 crore for the previous year. Its net sales/income from operation has increased by 17.06% at Rs 525.82 crore for the year from Rs 449.18 crore in previous year.
On consolidated basis, the group’s net profit for the year has declined 7.85% at Rs 37.82 crore as compared to Rs 41.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010. Net sales/income from operation for the year has increased by 17.06% at 525.82 crore as compared to Rs 449.18 crore for the previous year.
Hotel Leelaventure has recommended dividend of 15 paise per equity share having face of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, subject to approval by the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
