Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Para-A of Part-A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Loyal Textile Mills has informed that Vishala Ramswami, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the Company with effective from 19.03.2018 and A.Velliangiri, B.Com., FCA., FCS., FCMA., MBA., DMA (ICA), having 44 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Costing, Commercial functions and overall management in various large Industrial Organizations, has been appointed as new CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the Company with effective from 30th March, 2018 in the Board Meeting held on 19th March, 2018 between 04.30 p.m. to 06.30 p.m.
