Dish TV India has informed that post the receipt of all the necessary approval(s), the Companies (Videocon D2h Limited and Dish TV India Limited), involved in the Scheme of Arrangement, for Amalgamation of Videocon D2h into and with Dish TV India, have duly filed the Copy of the order dated July 27, 2017 passed by the NCLT along with the Approved Scheme in Form INC-28 with the ROC, Mumbai, Maharashtra on 22.03.2018. Accordingly, the Companies have completed all the steps pursuant to the aforementioned Scheme read with NCLT Order and Videocon D2H has merged with and into Dish TV India on 22.03.2018 which is the Effective date of the Scheme.
