IITL Projects has stopped the constructions of buildings in the certain section of Greater Noida area till the Master Plan 2021 is approved. The company has taken this step pursuant to Allahabad High Court order dated October 21, 2011 and letter dated May 28, 2012 from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) for the same.
Due to this, two of the company's projects namely 'Express Park View' and 'Express Park View I' has been impacted.
Further, the statutory committee of the NCR planning board has on June 28, 2012 approved the revised draft Master Plan and has recommended to the Planning Board.
