MEP Infrastructure’s JV emerges preferred bidder for three HAM projects

MEP Infrastructure Developers in joint venture (JV) with LongJian Road & Bridge Company has emerged as a preferred bidder (L1) by National Highways Authority of India for the three Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects in State of Maharashtra. The first project is for Four Laning of Ausa- Chakur Section of NH-361 from km.55.835 to km.114.345 (Design length 58.51 km.) under NH (O) with Bid cost of Rs 848.63 crore.

The second project is for Four Laning of Chakur–Loha Section of NH-361 from km.114.600 to km.187.800 (Design length 73.345 km) under NH (O) with Bid cost of Rs 1001.10 crore. The third project is for Four Laning of Loha-Waranga Section of NH-361 from km.187.800 to km.244.369 (Design length 56.569km) under NH (O) with Bid cost of Rs 1073.10 crore. The construction period for all three projects is 2 years from the appointed date. The concession period for all three projects is 15 years (excluding construction period of 2 years).

MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
