La Opala R G has informed that the Bonus Committee at its meeting held today, i.e. 24th March , 2018, has allotted 5,55,00,000 bonus equity share of Rs 2 each in the ratio 1:1 to those shareholders whose names have appeared in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on the closing hours of 23rd March, 2018 being the record date for this purpose. The said Bonus shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects. Consequent to bonus issue, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 22,20,00,000 consisting of 11,10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up.
