Indian Acrylics gains on completing project to increase yarn manufacturing capacity

Indian Acrylics is currently trading at Rs. 13.20, up by 0.05 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.40 and Rs. 13.00 respectively. So far 185674 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.60 on 24-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.00 on 26-Mar-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.95 and Rs. 13.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 177.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 40.04% respectively.

Indian Acrylics has completed the project to increase the capacity of yarn manufacture by adding 15360 new spindles to its existing capacity thereby enabling it to consume around 30% of the Acrylic Fibre being produced by the company. 

The working capital as well as term loan requirement for the project has been tied up with the existing bankers and required facilities have already been disbursed during this quarter. 

Indian Acrylics is the largest and most efficient acrylic fiber manufacturer of India and an important player in the global industry with exports to Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
