Stovec Industries has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Hotel Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai at 12:30 p.m. to consider, approve and take on record the disposal of identified assets relating to the Company’s sugar screens business and such other matters. As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosures, the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 27, 2018 to April 7, 2018 for Specified Persons of the Company.
