In continuation with the announcement dated March 16, 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dilip Buildcon has informed that the Company has received Letter of Award by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new Hybrid Annuity Project valued at Rs 1004 Crore in the State of Madhya Pradesh. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters is already closed till March 30, 2018, and shall continue to remain close till April 2, 2018.
