Oberoi Realty has informed that the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2018 will be declared in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in view of the foregoing and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the Trading Window will be closed for the period from April 1, 2018 till 2 Trading Days after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
