Polycon International has received an approval for the proposed scheme of arrangement whereby High Court of Rajasthan has sanctioned the demerger between Polycon International and Vinayak Polycon International on July 21, 2011. The HC has sanctioned the demerger process under Section 391 to 394 under Companies Act, 1956.
