CARE revises ratings assigned to India Power Corporation’s bank facilities

Credit rating agency, CARE has revised rating assigned to India Power Corporation’s long-term bank facilities from ‘A’ to ‘A-’ and also revised rating assigned to short-term bank facilities from ‘A2+’ to ‘A2’.

The rating agency also revised rating assigned to company’s Outstanding/Proposed Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) from ‘A’ to ‘A-’.

India Power Corporation, formerly DPSC, distributes power in the regions of Asansol-Durgapur and Gaya-Bodh Gaya.
