Yes Bank gains on planning to raise funds

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 317.95, up by 1.85 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 316.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 318.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 320.70 and Rs. 317.80 respectively. So far 121941 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 383.25 on 21-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 275.15 on 23-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 320.70 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 73487.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 20.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 67.02% and 12.93% respectively.

Yes Bank is planning to borrow/raise funds in Indian/foreign currency by issue of debt securities including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, bonds, MTN. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 26, 2018, to consider the same.

The bank is also planning to raise funds by way of issuance of equity shares including but not limited through preferential issue and/ or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP)/Global Depository Receipts (GDRs)/American Depository Receipts (ADRs)/Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs)/or any other methods on private placement basis, subject to regulatory approvals.

Yes Bank is engaged in providing banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, branch banking, business and transaction banking, and wealth management.
