Franklin India Smaller Companies Fund has bought 3 lakh shares of TeamLease Services, amounting to 1.8% in the company through an open market transaction. The fund has purchased the shares on NSE at Rs 2,150 per share.
However, promoter entities HR Offshore Ventures and NED Consultants has sold 1.7 lakh shares (1% stake) and 85,483 shares (0.5% stake), respectively.
