Essel Propack has exercised call option to redeem the entire outstanding of ‘Series B’ Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) worth Rs 40 crore. Earlier, the company had issued ‘Series B’ NCDs worth Rs 40 crore i.e. 400 units of Rs 10,00,000 each on a private placement basic.
Essel Propack is a producer of plastic packaging material in the form of multilayer collapsible tubes and laminates used primarily for packaging of toothpaste, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household and industrial products.
