Sadbhav Infrastructure strengthens on planning to raise Rs 170 crore through NCDs

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project is currently trading at Rs. 138.60, up by 1.05 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 137.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 136.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 138.95 and Rs. 136.65 respectively. So far 763 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 157.50 on 11-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 89.65 on 27-Sep-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 138.95 and Rs. 132.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4881.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.17% and 13.49% respectively.

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project is planning to allot Non?convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs 170 crore on Private Placement basis. The meeting of the Finance and Investment Committee will be held on April 23, 2018 to consider and approve the same.
