Jain Irrigation Systems has received an approval to raise in the form of 7 years ECB INR Loan an amount up to Rs 2,600 million from International Finance Corporation (IFC) Washington (an arm of World Bank Group) on mutually agreed terms and conditions. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 18, 2018, considered and approved the same.
The authority to complete all the necessary actions to borrow the said loan is now delegated to Operations Review Committee of the Board.
