In continuation with their announcement dated March 24, 2018 and April, 13, 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dilip Buildcon has informed that DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Private Limited and DBL Nidagatta Mysore Highways Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiaries of Dilip Buildcon has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) on April 20, 2018 to execute the projects. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from April 21, 2018 to April 25, 2018.
