Wabco India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Thursday, the 17th May 2018, to consider approve and publish the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2018, and to consider & recommend dividend, if any, for the said year. The company further informed that as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Fair Disclosure of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had on 21st March 2018 intimated that the trading window for dealing in Company’s scrips will remain closed from 21st March 2018 to 19th May 2018.
