Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has inked a new Taj hotel through a management contract with Wilds and Water Developers, a part of the Kakade Group, in Lonavala. The Taj branded resort will be located along the Lake Pawana, in over 30 acres, including 150 guest rooms.

IHCL and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, mid-market and value segments of the market.
