Kitex Garments has received an approval to incorporate two wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) companies and to invest Rs 400 crore (Rs 200 crore each) in these companies from internal accruals and borrowings.
The company’s board has also given approval to increase the manufacturing capacities of the company to meet rising future demand. The Board of directors of the company at its meeting held on April 25, 2018 has approved for the same.
Kitex Garments is a 100% export of cotton garments in infants wear segment mainly in US and European markets. It has vertically integrated manufacturing plant makes infants wear as well as fabrics.
