Future Supply Chain Solutions has received an approval for the Scheme of Arrangement amongst Vulcan Express (VEPL) and the company and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 25, 2018, approved the same.

The Scheme, inter alia, provides for the demerger of Fulfilment Business and Last Mile Delivery Business Undertakings (as defined in the Scheme) of VEPL into the company. Pursuant to the Scheme, no consideration shall be discharged by FSC since VEPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Future Supply Chain Solutions is the supplier and trader of FMCG product, soap, shampoo, detergent, spices, chilli, coriander, wheat flour, cooking oil.
