Tata Power Company has executed Implementation Agreement with Tata Advanced Systems (TASL) on April 26, 2018, in connection with sale of its Strategic Engineering Division (SEO) to TASL.
Both companies will now initiate the process of seeking SEBI’s approval, followed by submission of draft Scheme to National Company Law Tribunal.
