Dilip Buildcon gains with arm executing concession agreement with NHAI

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 1169.95, up by 7.35 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 1162.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1166.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1170.10 and Rs. 1165.05 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1217.00 on 11-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 405.05 on 27-Jun-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1185.00 and Rs. 1118.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15,954.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.63% and 7.74% respectively.

Dilip Buildcon’s wholly owned subsidiary - DBL Gorhar Khairatunda Highways has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) (NHAI) on April 27, 2018.

The agreement is to execute project for six laning of Gorhar to Khairatunda Section of NH-2 from Km. 320.810 to Km.360.300 in the state of Jharkhand under NHDP Phase-V on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
