Jyoti Structures has informed that compensation committee of the board of directors by circulatory resolution dated July 04, 2012 has allotted 9,900 equity shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of stock options granted to the employees of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 9,900 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 16,44,47,594 divided into 8,22,23,797 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
