Jain Irrigation has redeemed the 1,000 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of $10,000 each aggregating to $10 million on May 02, 2018. The company has also paid redemption premium of $1.34 million, aggregate redemption amount being $11.34 million (approximately Rs 75.41 crore).
