Accel Transmatic has received an approval to dispose off the software operations of the company which consist of technologies division including overseas subsidiary - Accel North America, Inc. subject to necessary shareholders and other approvals. The company has received the board’s approval at its meeting held on August 02, 2011. Further, this will enable the company to be a focused Animation and Media Company.
Accel Transmatic currently operates through three business divisions namely, Systems and Services, Ushus Technologies and Accel Animation Studios. The product range of the division is a combination of custom built hardware and application software.
