Cera Sanitaryware has received an approval the CAPEX of Rs 100 crore in the year 2018 - 19 (FY19). The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 03, 2018, approved the same.
Out of the total CAPEX, Rs 600 lakh will be for PVC Cistern Plant (50% JV), Rs 2600 lakh will be for Display & Ahmedabad Office, Rs 2000 lakh will be for Tiles Plant, Rs 500 lakh will be for New Land at Kadi, Rs 2300.00 lakh will be for Colony and normal Capex will be of Rs 2000 lakh.
Cera Sanitaryware is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and distribution of sanitaryware, faucetware and trading in tiles and other bathroom products.
