Ashoka Buildcon’s step down subsidiary - Ashoka Khairatunda Barwa Adda Road has executed a concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for six laning of Khairatunda to Barwa Adda Section of NH-2 from km. 360.300 to km. 400.132 in the state of Jharkhand under NHDP Phase-V on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The accepted bid project cost is Rs 860.10 crore.
Ashoka Khairatunda Barwa Adda Road is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashoka Concessions, a subsidiary of the company.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
