Elpro International has agreed to sell around 1.33% shareholding in PNB MetLife India Insurance Company, for a total consideration of Rs 134.22 crore, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions including approval from Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and Competition Commission of India.
Elpro International is engaged in the manufacturing of electrical industrial machinery, apparatus and parts, and construction of residential and non-residential buildings, including additions and alterations.
