Tata Metaliks gains on resuming operations at Kharagpur plant

Tata Metaliks is currently trading at Rs. 841.65, up by 4.55 points or 0.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 837.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 843.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 852.05 and Rs. 840.05 respectively. So far 5,704 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 975.10 on 10-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 585.00 on 11-Aug-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 861.95 and Rs. 807.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2,128.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.35% and 34.56% respectively.

Tata Metaliks has resumed operations at Kharagpur plant on May 07, 2018 and production has started after contractor workers agreed to report for work following fruitful discussions.

The company's business operations are normal now.

Tata Metaliks is engaged in manufacturing of pig iron, casting, iron ore fines, coke breeze and limestone. It is a leading pig iron manufacturer and seller in India.
