Lambodhara Textiles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 30st day of May, 2018, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company. In view of the above the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from 11th May, 2018 and will open 48 hours after announcement of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
