Uflex’s Chemicals Business has launched a general-to-medium performance 2K solvent-less PU adhesive FLEXBON 901A/901W that is expected to enable laminators and brand owners to reduce their application cost and substantially enhance their performance by partially replacing white inks, and meet consumer demands.
This solvent-less white adhesive works well on existing solvent-less lamination machines and will reduce the requirement of white ink coating on printed substrates, thereby giving substantial savings to converters. This product offers excellent opacity and wettability on metallized substrates. Other key features include good adhesion; suitability for low temperature applications (35 to 45 degrees C); and the ability to provide fast decay of primary aromatic amine.
