Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the Opening of Trading Hours on Monday, the 14th May, 2018 till the Close of Trading Hours on Friday, the 1st June, 2018. The results will be declared on the conclusion of the meeting.
