Central Bank of India is planning to raise the equity capital up to Rs 8000 crore during financial year 2018-19 through various modes such as- Preferential Issue, QIP, Rights Issue, FPO, etc. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2018, to consider the same.
